How to meditate.

Meditation can be intimidating. To sit still and clear your mind can be a huge ask. Especially in times like these. We spend a lot of time thinking on situations for short moments but never really getting to the root of the problem or finding a solution. I call this wheel worrier. Its a perpetual thought with no solace. That can be torture. When we find time to meditate the benefits are insurmountable. Regardless of your religious background or beliefs, you can take this time to reflect and focus your attention on intentions.
